Director General PDMA Salman Shah oversighted the relief operations being carried out after rainfall in different parts of Sindh province and instructed PDMA teams and volunteers to carry on the relief activities on priority basis. Moreover, in last 24 hours, PDMA Sindh has further deployed 2 Truck mounted heavy-duty pumps in district Sujawal and one in Karachi. Other relief activities includes total of 6200 Mosquito distribution in different districts such 500 in Sujawal, 2400 in Sukkur, 2500 in Ghotki and 800 in Jacobabad. Additionally 500 tents, Plastic Met and Jerry cane each have been provided to DC Sujawal to cater most critical needs of the affected families. It is further informed that ongoing Heavy rain spell to continue in Sindh province until 16 August 2022.
