Since its inception, PDMA Sindh is prioritizing areas of concern to improve disaster management in the province. In recent years, several structural and non-structural reforms have been implemented to improve provincial preparedness and response. Policies, plans, and guidelines are prepared to streamline the disaster management structure within province. The Tsunami Management and Response Plan is one of a series of such initiatives. The documents cover various aspects of tsunami hazard and response. This draft is uploaded on PDMA Sindh website to seek comments/observations of a wide range of stakeholders and partners.
